End User License Agreement

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and DeepSearch for use of the DeepSearch application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA. This EULA is in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App; (d) remove any proprietary notices; or (e) use the App to build a competing product or to violate any law.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. DeepSearch and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

5. Third-party content

The App displays information and images from third-party and public sources. Such content belongs to its respective owners, is provided for informational purposes, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Your use of results is governed by our Terms.

6. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSearch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSearch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Apple

This EULA is between you and DeepSearch only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you. Any maintenance, support, and warranty obligations are DeepSearch's responsibility, not Apple's.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
