Email support@usedeepsearch.com. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your device model, iOS version, the app version (Settings → About in the app), and a short description of what happened.
Subscriptions & billing
- Manage or cancel. DeepSearch Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- Restore purchases. If your Premium access isn't showing on a device, open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account & data
You can clear saved items directly in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@usedeepsearch.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Common questions
- My results look incomplete or off. DeepSearch surfaces public information from across the web, which can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Try rephrasing your query or picking a more specific category.
- The app is slow or a search failed. Check your internet connection and try again. If it persists, email us with the query and the time it happened.
- Which AI models are included? Premium includes AI chat with Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok.
