Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DeepSearch app and website (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

DeepSearch helps you search for people, phone numbers, products, hotels, films and flights, and chat with AI models. Results are compiled from publicly available sources and AI systems, are provided "as is" for general informational purposes, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.

2. Not a consumer reporting agency

DeepSearch is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws. You may not use the Service or any results to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenancy, or any other purpose that would require a consumer report under applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• stalk, harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person;
• violate any law or the rights of others, including privacy and publicity rights;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute results, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store and auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and content we create, is owned by DeepSearch and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose (see the EULA).

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You are responsible for how you use any information you obtain.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSEARCH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SERVICE OR ITS RESULTS. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
